Peek Crystal Round Box

PEEK wafer boxes are used for the transfer and temporary storage of wafers between different process equipment during various manufacturing processes such as wafer growth, grinding, and etching. For example, after cutting silicon ingots into wafers, the wafers are placed in PEEK wafer boxes and transported to grinding equipment for surface grinding before being transferred to the next process step.

Chip packaging process: Before chip packaging, the wafer needs to be transported from the wafer factory to the packaging factory. PEEK wafer boxes can ensure the safety of the wafer during transportation and are also used for wafer storage and turnover in the packaging factory until the chip packaging is completed.
